This request is to be used for the permitting of temporary bleachers to be installed or used on the Texas A&M University or Texas A&M RELLLIS Campuses.

The following information is required to be submitted as a part of this application:

A map or sketch indicating the location of the proposed temporary bleacher system
A Drawing of the proposed temporary bleacher system*
Proof of minimum insurance coverage as required by Texas A&M University

* Drawings will be required to be submitted for review prior to the installation of any temporary bleacher system proposed to be installed. Drawings will be reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
